The Hermès of Paris Family Reunion brought together 1,200 North American staff for a three-day corporate gathering at the JW Marriott in Palm Springs. The full hotel buyout was transformed through custom fabrication, fine dining experiences, conference programming, group activities, and live entertainment. As Producer, I managed guest travel and hospitality, oversaw logistics across multiple event touchpoints, coordinated vendor and crew operations, and supported talent and show flow — ensuring a seamless large-scale experience that balanced precision, luxury, and celebration.
